Our Mission

Empowering the next generation of calm, clear journalists

The modern newsroom is relentless. Breaking news, live crosses, editorial pressure, and the 24-hour cycle create chronic stress that affects performance and wellbeing. ReportZenka was created to change that.

We offer Australia's only journalism-specific mindfulness education programme — one that integrates real broadcast skills with proven psychological resilience tools. Our graduates report greater on-air confidence, clearer thinking under pressure, and significantly reduced occupational burnout.

Our Values

What guides everything we do

Grounded Excellence

We believe outstanding journalism and inner calm are not in conflict — they reinforce each other. Our programmes prove it.

Evidence-Based Practice

Every technique we teach is grounded in peer-reviewed research from journalism psychology, neuroscience, and performance coaching.

Journalist-Led

Our instructors have worked in broadcast newsrooms. They understand live crosses, breaking news, and the pressure that only journalists know.
