Payment Terms

All course fees for Mindful Reporter's Education programs, including training in calm delivery techniques, composed on-camera performance, and stress management skills, must be paid in full prior to course commencement. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or approved credit card methods. reportzenka reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if a course is cancelled by reportzenka due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued for cancellations by participants after payment confirmation. In cases of technical issues preventing access, participants may request a credit for future courses at the discretion of reportzenka.
